Shipping policy

At AuraMane, we want your Lion's Mane supplement to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. based fulfillment center. Please read through the details below so you know exactly what to expect. 

 

 

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed it enters our fulfillment queue within 2 hours and is processed within 2-5 business days before it is handed off to the carrier. The countdown begins as soon as your order status changes to "Accepted." Please note that once an order has been accepted and sent to our fulfillment team it can no longer be edited or cancelled.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all U.S. states. Please note that shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is currently unavailable.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days depending on your destination. Please be aware that customs clearance processes may cause delays beyond our control.

Canada Starts at $17.00

Europe Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden and United Kingdom Starts at $8.00

Rest of World Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macau, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam Starts at $10.00

 

Customs Duties and Import Fees

All international orders are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means customs duties and import fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are beyond our control.

If a package is refused or rejected by customs it will not be eligible for a refund. We strongly recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Note for UK customers: A valid EORI number is required for all shipments to the United Kingdom. Orders without one will be held until the information is provided.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to U.S. military bases (APO/FPO addresses) or to countries not listed in our shipping zones above.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
