At AuraMane, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we want to make sure every experience with our brand reflects the care and intention we put into our formulations.


Our Commitment to Quality

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, we've got you covered. Simply reach out to our support team within 30 days of receiving your order and include a photo along with a brief description of the issue. We'll review your claim and if approved either send you a free replacement within 3 business days or issue a full refund to your original payment method whichever you prefer.

For orders lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work to make it right.


How to Submit a Claim

Email us at support@myauramane.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We aim to respond to all claims within 1–2 business days.


What We're Unable to Refund

Because our products are made to order and fulfilled on demand, we're unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

Change of Mind

We don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review all product details, ingredient lists, and usage guidance before purchasing. If you have any questions before you buy, our team is always happy to help.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned to our facility due to an insufficient address, reshipment costs will apply.

Unclaimed Packages

If a delivery goes unclaimed and is returned, we're unable to issue a refund. We're happy to reship at your cost.

Customs Rejection 

For international orders, it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their country's import regulations and to cover any applicable customs fees. We cannot issue refunds for packages rejected at customs.

Refused or Undeliverable FedEx Packages

If a FedEx shipment cannot be delivered due to recipient unavailability, refusal to pay import duties, or other recipient-related reasons, the package may be destroyed by the carrier. We're unable to offer a refund or replacement in these circumstances.


Processing Times

Once a refund is approved, please allow 3–7 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.
